Winter, silence, death of nature. Here we are celebrating the last full moon of 2023, sadly – but maybe appropriately – without music. A silent COSMA Session. We held the ceremony in private and shared our inner movements on camera. Interestingly, for most of us the main topic was shame. This little work of spiritual art is a contemplation on the ultimate experience of separation and loneliness that is so prevalent in the western world right now.
