Archie del Ray (he, 34) has been building new worlds all his life. As the initiator of several sustainability initiatives in Zurich and operator of his own e-learning platform for piano autodidacts, he knows what it takes for successful projects: a clear vision, the right know-how and optimal structures. As a music and video producer, he is always looking for direct access to the heart and uses his psychic skills to package deeply human topics such as success, shame or love in a tangible way in art formats.

Mato Way (they, 33)
In many years of leading groups in chanting, yoga, magic, and ceremony, Mato have experienced and created different kinds of healing spaces where people could be deeply touched. They have developed a distinctive sense of the power of music and are making it accessible to more people. With an extraordinary access to the spiritual world, Mato steer all projects with a high demand for alignment and collective relevance. Mato’s combination of sensitivity and organizational skills gives them the ability to build stable structures in which the power of life energy can flow freely.

Nina Bennevitz (she, 34) has been active in building pioneer projects all her life, whether in the field of activism, community or inner development. In these projects she has learned a lot about group dynamics and organization. Thanks to her experience and fine powers of perception, she has a clear view of inner and interpersonal dynamics and the ability to tease out the potential of her fellow human beings. For the past five years, she has specialized professionally in bodywork and sexuality. Through her various engagements she has a large Swiss and international network of people who are actively working on the culture of paradise.
